How it works
The next hire is a fixed cost you commit to before the revenue justifies it. Each model below is a different way through that — and Tasks is a starting point in its own right, not something you graduate to.
Dedicated capacity for consistent, ongoing workloads.
Per team member, per month
From $3,100/mo
Completed tasks, transactions and workflows for variable volume.
Per completed unit, or scoped per workflow
Real estate sales admin from $350 + GST per transaction
A dedicated base, plus flexible task capacity for the peaks.
Combination
Scoped to your mix
Never miss a lead
Continuous coverage comes from a rostered team rotating across shifts — not from one person stretched across the clock. Everyone works standard full-time hours. The roster is what runs 24/7, and it covers weekends, public holidays and the hours your local team is asleep. The Saturday enquiry gets answered. The Sunday maintenance call gets dispatched.
Speed wins deals. Responsiveness keeps clients.
Including Saturdays, Sundays and AU/NZ public holidays. Enquiries answered in hours, not next business day.
Time-critical requests handled live. Routine items logged, sourced and scheduled before Monday morning.
Inbound calls captured, qualified and routed instead of going to a voicemail nobody checks until Monday.
Your CRM and workflow tools kept current. Notes logged the moment the call ends, not batched up at week's end.
The four pillars
Office-based teams in Fiji and the Philippines, run to Australian standards, bought the way that fits your workload. Here is what that means in practice.
How you buy
A dedicated team member, a workflow priced per completed task, or a combination. The model should match how your workload actually behaves.
Who runs it
Leadership, service standards and commercial understanding sit in Australia. The people answering to you are local; the delivery teams are supervised in offices.
Where the work happens
Fiji for timezone, proximity and the shared working day. The Philippines for scale and specialist depth. You do not have to become an expert in offshore geography.
How it lands
Trained before placement, then a documented handover — Amplifi-Ready, Amplifi-Coached, then Client-Led. Not a placement and a hope.
What we run
Not a list of industries we claim to know — a catalogue of the work itself, graded honestly as proven, available or still scoping.

ScopingReal estate isn't the limit of what we do. It's the standard we build to.
We documented real estate sales administration to 218 steps, appraisal to settlement. That is not evidence that real estate is all we handle — it is evidence of what happens when we take a workflow on.
The name
Australian-led.
Delivered from Fiji and the Philippines.
The blue fi in Amplifi is where the work happens — Fiji for the shared working day, the Philippines for scale and specialist depth.
The story behind AmplifiThe Switch
Side by side with your current provider. Same monthly band, lower published setup fee, and a dedicated office-based team in a timezone that works with yours.

"Typical arrangement" describes the common unmanaged offshore setup — headcount placed, then left to the client to train, supervise and direct. It is deliberately not a comparison between countries: Amplifi delivers from both Fiji and the Philippines, and we match the location to the work. Individual providers vary; ask us for the current comparison against your specific setup.
Two minutes, five questions. See your year-1 saving and switch fit.
From an agency that switched
We hired Amplifi after losing two leads in one weekend with our last provider. Six weeks in we have recouped the cost twice over. The team was pre-trained on PropertyMe and Console, no eight-week ramp. They work our hours and pick up the Saturday enquiries. Should have switched twelve months ago.
The 2-minute benchmark
Five questions. You see what an Amplifi team would cost against your current setup, year-one saving, and whether a switch makes sense for your agency. No email gate.

Amplifi-Ready
With others, you get a recruit. With Amplifi, you get a trained team member. Day one, not week eight. The gap is real, documented, and the reason Amplifi exists.

Questions, answered
No demo gauntlet. Most of what people ask on a call is here. Skim it. Then book the 15.
Amplifi Teams is a dedicated team member for ongoing workload, from $3,100/mo. Amplifi Tasks is completed tasks, transactions or workflows priced per unit, for variable or repeatable volume. Amplifi Hybrid combines both. You can start with Tasks on its own.
No. It is a standalone entry point. Many businesses start by outsourcing a single workflow, watch it run, then add dedicated team members later if the volume justifies it.
No — it replaces a cost rather than adding one. It is an optional variable-cost model: fixed employment overhead becomes a cost tied directly to workload or output, so when your volume drops the cost drops with it. A salary does not do that.
No. Real estate is our first proven specialisation and our deepest — we have documented sales administration to 218 steps, appraisal to settlement. That documentation standard is what we apply to every workflow we take on. The workflow catalogue shows what is proven, what is available today and what is still being scoped.
Because they are good at different things. Fiji gives timezone alignment — UTC+12, one to two hours ahead of eastern Australia — plus a roughly four-hour direct flight from Brisbane, which suits relationship-heavy and time-sensitive work. The Philippines gives scale and depth of specialist talent for high-volume processing. We match the location to the workload so you do not have to.
Fiji is UTC+12 year-round. AEDT (October to April) is UTC+11, so Amplifi is 1 hour ahead. AEST (April to October) is UTC+10, so Amplifi is 2 hours ahead. New Zealand is broadly aligned. When your local team logs off, your Amplifi team has 1 to 2 more hours of the day.
Office-based in both locations. Physical, supervised offices with fixed and rotating rosters and secured networks. No work-from-home arrangements.
Amplifi is Australian-led. Leadership, service standards and account management sit in Australia, so the people setting the standards and answering to you operate in your commercial and regulatory context.
No. Coverage is continuous because the team rotates across rostered shifts, not because any individual works extended hours. Amplifi team members work standard full-time hours with proper breaks, leave and penalty arrangements under local employment law. Continuous coverage is a scheduling outcome, not an endurance test.
Recruitment, vetting, pre-placement training, equipment provisioning and onboarding into your specific systems and workflows. $1,950, published upfront rather than quoted after a discovery call. Setup fees among the AU/NZ providers specialising in real estate that we benchmark against generally sit between $2,500 and $3,500. Some general-purpose offshore providers charge little or no setup fee but price it into a higher monthly rate.
Amplifi replaces the team member at no additional setup cost. Same training standard, same office, new face.
15 minutes. Plain talk. We will walk you through the pricing, the training, and whether Amplifi fits.
