The founder story
We were the customer first.
Amplifi was built by AU agency operators who hired offshore from the established providers and watched the gaps form in real time. Weekend leads that went unanswered. Maintenance calls that became Monday-morning catch-up. Recruits who needed eight weeks on Rex when the brief said two.
We hired three former competitor staff. Different providers. Same training gap. Same WFH variability. Same hidden price gauntlet. The product was the problem.
So we built the product we wanted. Office-based, not work-from-home. Fiji, not Philippines. UTC+12, so the team is still working when AEST goes home. Pre-trained before placement on Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE, PropertyMe, Console, and Xero. Published pricing, because a buyer's time is worth more than a sales floor's.

Training before placement
You should not pay to train a recruit on Rex or PropertyMe. Training is the provider's job. We finished ours before you met us.
