Trust & security

You're handing us your database.
Here's how we look after it.

Bringing on an offshore team member means giving someone access to your CRM, your landlords, your buyers and your trust account workflows. That is a real decision, and it deserves a real answer rather than a badge on a homepage. This page sets out how Amplifi protects your agency's information — and where you should still hold us to account.

Security starts with the office, not the paperwork.

The reason Amplifi is office-based in Fiji is not atmosphere. It is that supervision, device control and physical security are things you can actually guarantee when everyone is in the same room — and things nobody can guarantee across a hundred home networks.

Physical

A real office, with real access control

Every Amplifi team member works from our supervised office in Fiji — never from home, never from a café. Access to the floor is controlled, the workspace is monitored during operating hours, and on-site leadership is present across rostered shifts. This is the single biggest security difference between Amplifi and a work-from-home arrangement.

Devices

Company-managed hardware only

Team members work on Amplifi-provisioned equipment configured and maintained by us. Personal devices are not used for client work. Equipment is issued at onboarding, tracked, and recovered when someone leaves or changes role.

Access

Your systems, your permissions

Your Amplifi team member works inside your CRM and tools under credentials you issue and control, at the permission level you set. We do not ask for shared logins or administrator access. You can see exactly what they can reach, and you can revoke it yourself at any time without waiting on us.

People

Vetted, contracted and supervised

Team members are screened before placement and employed under Fiji employment law with written confidentiality obligations covering your agency data, your vendors, your landlords and your buyers. Supervision is continuous rather than a quarterly check-in.

Offboarding

Clean exits, same day

When a placement ends — your decision or ours — access is revoked, equipment is recovered and any local working files are removed. You should also revoke your own system credentials, and we will prompt you to do it rather than assume you have.

Continuity

Planning for the days that go wrong

Fiji sits in a cyclone belt, and we would rather raise that than have you discover it. Amplifi maintains contingency arrangements for weather, power and connectivity disruption so coverage continues. We will walk you through the current plan in detail before you sign anything.

Privacy

Straight answers to the questions you should be asking.

If any answer here is vaguer than you need, ask us on the call. A provider who cannot answer these clearly is telling you something.

Who can see my data?

Only the Amplifi team members assigned to your agency, plus the supervisor accountable for their work. Access is limited to the systems you grant and the permission level you set. Amplifi does not sell, share or repurpose your data, and we do not use it to train anything.

Where does my data actually live?

Almost always in your own systems — your CRM, your trust accounting software, your portals. Amplifi team members work inside your platforms rather than copying data into ours. Where a working file is unavoidable, it stays on managed equipment and is removed at offboarding.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You get told. If we become aware of an incident affecting your data, we notify you directly with what we know, what we are doing about it and what you may need to do, including any obligations you have under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We will not wait until we have a tidy version of the story.

Can I audit the office?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland are all under five hours. Come and see the floor, meet your team and look at how the work actually gets done. Very few offshore arrangements can offer that, and it is a large part of why we chose Fiji.

Hold us to it

What to ask every provider, including us.

Offshore outsourcing has a long history of confident claims and thin substance. Whoever you end up choosing, make them answer these in writing:

  • Where do your team members physically work, and can I visit?
  • Whose equipment do they use, and who manages it?
  • What credentials will they hold in my systems, and who controls them?
  • What are your confidentiality obligations, and are they in the contract?
  • What happens to my data and access the day a placement ends?
  • How and when would you tell me about a security incident?
  • What is your plan when the weather, power or internet goes down?

Amplifi is a young company and we would rather be specific about what we do today than claim accreditations we have not earned. If you need formal certification against a particular standard, tell us on the call and we will give you a straight answer about where we are.

Bring your security questions to the 15 minutes.

We will walk you through access, devices, confidentiality and continuity against your specific systems. No demo gauntlet.
