Privacy notice

How Amplifi collects, uses and protects personal information you share through this website, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Who this notice applies to

This notice explains how Amplifi handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to visitors to amplifi.com.au and to people who contact us through the site.

It does not cover the handling of data inside a client agency’s own systems. Where an Amplifi team member works within your CRM or software under credentials you issue, your agency remains the entity responsible for that information, and the terms of our services agreement apply.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the information you choose to give us: your first and last name, email address, agency name, your role, a description of your current staffing arrangement, and anything you write in the message field.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information through this website. That includes government identifiers, financial account details, health information, or personal information about your clients, landlords or tenants.

Our capacity and scorecard calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are used to display a result on screen and are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere. If you want us to see your numbers, you have to tell us on a call.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to prepare pricing or capacity information relevant to your agency, and to arrange a call if you have asked for one.

If you become a client, we will use your contact details to administer the services we provide. If you do not, we will not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact-form enquiry alone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host and the systems we use to manage enquiries and correspondence. These providers are only permitted to use the information to provide those services to us.

Amplifi operates in both Australia/New Zealand and Fiji. Where handling your enquiry requires it, information may be accessible to Amplifi personnel in Fiji under the same confidentiality obligations that apply to our team everywhere.

How we protect it

We apply access controls so that enquiry information is only available to the people who need it, and we hold our team to written confidentiality obligations covering all client and prospect information.

Our operational security practices — office-based work, managed devices, controlled system access and structured offboarding — are described in more detail on our trust and security page.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. Where we no longer need it and are not required to retain it, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If we cannot action a request, we will explain why.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. If we introduce website analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting product configured without cross-site tracking, and we will update this notice before doing so.

Making a complaint

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
