Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this website. Our client services agreement is a separate document and takes precedence for anything to do with the services themselves.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Amplifi website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These are website terms only. If Amplifi provides services to your agency, that relationship is governed by the services agreement between us, and that agreement prevails over anything on this page.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about Amplifi and to contact us. You may not use it to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or for any unlawful purpose.
You must not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that contains someone else’s personal information you are not entitled to share.
Information on this site
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. It is not advice, and it does not take account of your agency’s particular circumstances.
Comparisons with other providers reflect our own benchmarking of publicly available and quoted pricing at the time of writing. Other providers change their pricing and inclusions without telling us, and what is included differs between providers. Treat any comparison as a starting point for your own enquiries rather than a current quote for anyone else’s services.
Pricing and calculators
Pricing shown on this site is indicative and current at the date of publication. Final pricing depends on role scope, specialist requirements and contract terms, and is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
The scorecard and capacity calculators produce illustrative estimates based on the figures you enter and on stated assumptions. They are not financial advice, not a quote, and not a forecast or guarantee of savings, growth or return. Your actual results depend on factors outside our control, including how you deploy the support, your market and your own execution. You should not make a business decision on the output of a web calculator alone.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Amplifi or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business assessment. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.
Third-party names and trade marks referred to on this site — including software platforms and property portals — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Reference to them does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites or booking tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amplifi is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service, or paying the cost of doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
