    Recruit and vet

    We source from the Fiji talent pool we already know. English fluency, RE-adjacent experience, cultural fit. Vetted before they hit training.

    Weeks 2 to 3

    Amplifi-Ready training

    Structured modules on Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE, PropertyMe, Console, Xero. Plus portal operations, compliance, and business communication.

    Week 3 to 4

    Your systems onboarding

    Logins, SOPs, templates, your CRM seat. The team member lands in your stack ready to log work day one, not week eight.

    Day one

    Placement and live work

    Your team member starts on roster. Office desk, supervised, on your timezone. First week kept light. Second week at pace.

What daily operations actually look like.

Fiji time is UTC+12. AEDT is UTC+11 in summer, AEST is UTC+10 in winter. NZ broadly aligns. The roster overlaps your day and then keeps going for 1 to 2 more hours.

Morning roster

Fiji team is at desks before AEST opens. CRM cleaned overnight. Maintenance backlog triaged.

Through the day

Live phone, portal enquiries, listing updates, vendor questions. All logged into your CRM in real time.

After your team logs off

UTC+12 keeps Amplifi 1 to 2 hours ahead of AEST. Late offers captured. Same-day follow-up on weekend enquiries.

Weekends and public holidays

Rostered coverage. The Saturday open-home enquiry, the Sunday maintenance call, the Boxing Day vendor email.

Fiji operations

Office-based. Supervised. Same business day.

One physical office. Fixed and rotating rosters covering 24/7/365. 45-hour weeks per team member. Commonwealth nation, English first-language education, AU/NZ cultural overlap.

Direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland — all under 5 hours. You can visit. Bring the family. It is Fiji.

Weekly check-ins

Performance, software competency, and workload reviewed weekly with your nominated point of contact.
