Switch to Amplifi

Why switch now

The triggers people don't wait for twice.

01

A Saturday lead nobody answered

Portal enquiries go cold in 5 minutes. WFH providers do not roster weekends. Amplifi does.

02

A landlord called twice on a long weekend

Urgent maintenance triaged and dispatched in hours. Not next business day.

03

An 8-week ramp that turned into 14

Pre-placement training on Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE, PropertyMe. Day one, not week eight.

04

Boxing Day backlog

The busiest week of the year, and the inbox doubles. Fiji rosters cover Christmas to New Year.

05

Quality drift from WFH

Office discipline, supervised pods, locked-down devices. Output you can audit.

06

Scale moment

Third or fourth offshore hire is where the WFH model breaks. Office scales. Bedrooms don't.

Switching questions

The 6 questions every switcher asks.

What if I am locked in with my current provider?

Most agreements with WFH providers have 30 to 60 day exit clauses. We map the overlap window before you commit so you are not paying both at once.

Will my team know we are switching?

We respect that this is a sensitive conversation. We help you plan the timing and the messaging. The handover usually runs in parallel for two weeks.

How is the $1,000 setup saving calculated?

Industry average setup fee for AU/NZ real estate offshore providers is around $2,950. Amplifi setup is $1,950. The $1,000 saving is the gap.

Do I have to switch all roles at once?

No. Most agencies pilot with a single role, validate the fit over 60 to 90 days, then migrate the rest. We have no minimum headcount.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Recruitment, pre-placement training, office, equipment, supervision, ongoing HR. Everything except your CRM and software seats.

What if the team member is not the right fit?

We replace at no additional setup cost. Same training, same office, new face. The bar is fit, not finger-pointing.

Pick a time. 15 minutes. We will walk you through it.

No demo gauntlet. The pricing is on the page. The 15 minutes is to see if Amplifi fits.
