A Saturday lead nobody answered
Enquiry speed drives conversion, and weekend leads are the easiest ones to lose. Many offshore providers do not roster weekends. Amplifi does.
The Switch
This page is for people who already have an offshore arrangement and suspect it could be better run. The comparison below is managed versus unmanaged — not one country against another.
Side by side
The usual offshore arrangement puts a person in a seat and leaves the training, supervision and direction to you. The differences below are all versions of the same one — who is accountable for the work after the placement is made.
| Dimension | Typical arrangement | Amplifi |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement model | Headcount only | Teams, Tasks, or Hybrid Take on capacity the way your workload actually behaves. |
| Cost behaviour | Fixed regardless of volume | Fixed, variable, or both Turn a fixed salary into a cost that moves with your volume. |
| Accountability | Offshore agency, or none | Australian-led The people setting standards and answering to you are local. |
| Workplace | Often work-from-home | Office-based and supervised On-site supervision and a secured network — support your team can rely on. |
| Training | You train them | Completed before placement Your local team gets help immediately instead of running an eight-week onboarding. |
| Handover | Placement, then you're on your own | Ready, Coached, then Client-Led A documented three-phase handover, not a placement and a hope. |
| Coverage | Business hours | Rostered, including weekends No missed leads or opportunities. We're here 24/7, so you don't have to be. |
| Pricing | Quoted after a demo | Published where we can Budget the change before you get on a call. |
"Typical arrangement" describes the common unmanaged offshore setup — headcount placed, then left to the client to train, supervise and direct. It is deliberately not a comparison between countries: Amplifi delivers from both Fiji and the Philippines, and we match the location to the work. Individual providers vary; ask us for the current comparison against your specific setup.
Pricing
One monthly rate per team member. One setup fee. No surprise add-ons. Specialist roles are quoted on scope.
Admin roles
$1,950 setup, published upfront.
Specialist roles
$1,950 setup. Same as admin roles.
Setup pricing
Setup fees among the AU/NZ providers specialising in real estate that we benchmark against generally sit between $2,500 and $3,500, so switching from that segment usually means a lower setup cost. No promo code, no sales-floor pressure. The number is on the page, and we will compare first-year totals against your actual provider.
Now on your numbers
The Amplifi Scorecard plugs your current setup into this same comparison and shows the year-one saving for your headcount. Five questions, two minutes.

Why switch now
01
Enquiry speed drives conversion, and weekend leads are the easiest ones to lose. Many offshore providers do not roster weekends. Amplifi does.
02
Urgent maintenance triaged and dispatched in hours. Not next business day.
03
Pre-placement training on Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE, PropertyMe. Day one, not week eight.
04
The busiest week of the year, and the inbox doubles. Our rosters cover Christmas to New Year.
05
Office discipline, supervised pods, locked-down devices. Output you can audit.
06
The third or fourth offshore hire is where informal arrangements strain. A supervised office scales with you, and your local team feels the capacity rather than the load.
Switching questions
Most offshore provider agreements have 30 to 60 day exit clauses. We map the overlap window before you commit so you are not paying both at once.
We respect that this is a sensitive conversation. We help you plan the timing and the messaging. The handover usually runs in parallel for two weeks.
Amplifi setup is $1,950 per placement, published on this page. Among the AU/NZ-facing providers specialising in real estate that we benchmark against, setup fees generally sit between $2,500 and $3,500, so most agencies switching from that segment see a meaningful saving. Some general-purpose offshore providers charge little or no setup fee but recover it through a higher monthly rate, so compare the first-year total rather than either figure alone. We will run that comparison against your actual provider on a 15-minute call.
No. Most agencies pilot with a single role, validate the fit over 60 to 90 days, then migrate the rest. We have no minimum headcount.
Recruitment, pre-placement training, office, equipment, supervision, ongoing HR. Everything except your CRM and software seats.
We replace at no additional setup cost. Same training, same office, new face. The bar is fit, not finger-pointing.
No demo gauntlet. The pricing is on the page. The 15 minutes is to see if Amplifi fits.
