Workflows

What we can run for you.

Not an industry list — a catalogue of the work itself, graded honestly. Real estate is the deepest thing here, and it is the standard we build every other workflow to.

The standard

Real estate isn't the limit of what we do. It's the standard we build to.

We documented real estate sales administration to 218 steps, appraisal to settlement. That is not evidence that real estate is all we handle. It is evidence of what happens when we take a workflow on.

The catalogue

Graded honestly. Proven, available, or still scoping.

Plenty of providers list a dozen industries and prove none of them. We would rather show you a shorter list you can trust, and tell you exactly how far along each one is.

We grade rather than claim. A workflow only moves up when there is delivered work behind it — which is why this list is shorter than the one you will see elsewhere.

Your workflow

Not on the list? That's how every row here started.

If the work is repeatable and you can describe what "done" looks like, we can almost certainly document and run it. Here is what that process looks like.

  1. 01

    We map it

We sit with whoever does the work today and document it step by step — inputs, decision points, exceptions, outputs. Nothing is assumed.

  2. 02

We agree the definition of done

What a completed unit looks like, what quality checks apply, and what comes back to you. Written down before anyone starts.

  3. 03

    We run it alongside you

A supervised parallel run, so you can see the output before you depend on it. Corrections go into the documentation, not just into someone’s memory.

  4. 04

We hand it over and keep improving

You direct it from there. We keep the documentation current and bring efficiencies back to you as volume builds.

Start with one workflow. Add the next when it's working.

Tell us what is eating the most time. If we can document it, we can run it.
