Amplifi-Ready training session with Fijian trainees taking notes on Rex and PropertyMe software at a Suva office

Amplifi-Ready training

Trained before they meet you.

Training is completed before placement, then handed over across three documented phases. Useful in week one, supported well past it.

Why Amplifi-Ready

With others, you get a recruit. With Amplifi, you get a trained team member.

The competitor pitch is "tailored training" which means you train them. Weeks of ramp. On your time. On your tab.

Amplifi-Ready means structured training is completed before placement. Verified by internal assessment. Backed by the fact we hired competitor staff and saw exactly where the gap was.

AU/NZ real estate software

Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE, PropertyMe, Console, Xero. Hands-on scenarios, not theory.

Industry terminology and compliance

Trust account basics, REIQ/REINZ-aware language, AU/NZ residential tenancy fundamentals.

Portal operations

realestate.com.au, Domain, Trade Me. Listing upload, enquiry triage, vendor-facing reports.

Business communication

AU/NZ phone manner, email etiquette, escalation flows. Cultural alignment with the team you sit inside.

The handover

Ready, then coached, then yours.

Most providers place someone and step back. The weeks after placement are where offshore arrangements actually fail, so ours are structured rather than left to chance.

  1. Phase one

    Amplifi-Ready

Structured pre-deployment training, completed and assessed before your team member is placed. Software, terminology, compliance basics and business communication.

You do nothing. This finishes before you meet them.

  2. Phase two

    Amplifi-Coached

Guided transition into your specific systems and workflows, with an Amplifi supervisor alongside. Corrections go into the documentation, not just into someone's memory.

You direct, we support. The safety net is still underneath.

  3. Phase three

    Client-Led

Full handover to your direction. Amplifi continues supervision, HR and performance management in the background, and brings efficiencies back to you as they emerge.

You run it. We keep the employment and the floor.
